What is your Return Policy for your Pitchers?

We think you'll love your 6-cup or 10-cup Pitcher. But, if you find that you’re unhappy for any reason, and you'd like to return it, please be sure to let us know so that we can help you return your Soma within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.

If you have pre-paid filters remaining and request a return after 60 days, the refund amount will be based on the number of filters remaining on your subscription, at $10/filter.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional items, or returns on replacement filters that have shipped out.

If you purchased your Soma at a retailer, that retailer's return policy applies.

If you received the Soma as a gift and would like to return it, we will process your return as Soma Credits.


Soma Water, Inc., warrants the carafe and filter hardware (not including the replaceable filter element) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of original purchase by the end user. This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, breakage from dropping or contact with other objects, or damage from accidents, misuse (including failure to follow product documentation), neglect, disassembly, alterations, and external causes such as thermal or environmental conditions.
