Please note that some promotional plans require a minimum commitment of filter deliveries before they can be canceled. In these instances, the cancel link will appear on your profile as soon as the minimum commitment has been met.
For non-promotional subscriptions, you can stop your filter deliveries with us at any time, for any reason, right on your profile page. Please see your confirmation email for promotional terms if you're unsure about whether or not your subscription requires a minimum commitment.
Once you're logged in, click on "Subscriptions"; the cancel link will appear at bottom.
(Note: if you have multiple subscriptions, use the drop-down menu to toggle between subscriptions.)
Here are some tips:
If you need a filter sooner or later than normal, you can reschedule your next delivery at any time between shipments. Under your profile, just click on "Subscriptions," select the appropriate subscription from the drop-down menu, and click "reschedule."
If you need your filters sent to a different location (e.g. to a seasonal home), you can edit your address for each subscription online under your profile as well.
