Where is my filter?

You can now view your order history for each subscription, including tracking information, right on your profile page!

If there is no tracking link next to your order, your filter has not yet shipped out (but will soon).

NOTE: if your subscription says "N/A," it is inactive, and not scheduled to ship any more filters. If you need to resume deliveries, please sign back up here.

Keep in mind that tracking information expires after a few months.
